Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Sales Inquiry, Quotation Coordination and Sales Lead Management
• Provide administritive support to the Channel Sales &  Product team
• Ensure sales reports are generated timely and accurately
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as and when required by the Management

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in I.T and Business related field
• Minimum 1-2 year(s) Sales experience preferably in Software and Hardware solutions and/ or Customer Services
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• An aggressive and responsible person
• Proficiency in wirtten and spoken in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport

• Proficiency in wirtten and spoken in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation within Malaysia

Job Responsibilities :

• To study and understand the technical aspects of Network & Security products i.e. Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), IPAM, UTM Firewall, Email Security and etc.
• To perform installation and integration of product and provides technical support.
• Involve in preparing presentation and demonstration to clients.
• Responsible for technical/product presentation, product evaluation (POC) and project proposal.
• Ensure to deliver a quality customer services by providing technical expertise for the related products.
• Maintain good relations with channel resellers/partners and customers.
• Assist in conduction product training to channel reseller/partners and customers.
• Liaise and coordinate with our vendors on project requirements and implementation, technical evaluation and other technical issues.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
• Possess CCNA,MCSE, CISSP will be advantages.
• Required skill(s): IPS, Windows, TCP/IP, LINUX, Firewall, DNS, SMTP.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Min 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
